Integrated Care Competency Framework Focus Group

ELFT are working together with BLMK partners to further develop and create an integrated care competency tool for use across the system and we need you to help!

To ensure that the tool is fit for purpose widely across the health, social and primary care, we need input from people who can offer their knowledge, thought and experience on being or treating a patient/service user in Bedfordshire.
